What happens, step by step

  1. 0:00 Dana directs the center. Her page opens with the numbers, and the things that need her.
  2. 0:07 She opens the hours report.
  3. 0:09 Hours are offered by schedule, tutor and week. She picks the term.
  4. 0:16 By tutor: hours offered, hours booked, and how full each tutor's time was.
  5. 0:21 And by week, so she can see where demand peaks.
  6. 0:24 Every report downloads as CSV, Excel or JSON.
  7. 0:27 The same numbers feed budget requests and the end-of-year report.
